Please be aware of our clinic policies to ensure the safety and satisfaction of both our clients and our staff.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen. However, missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, preventing us from providing services to other clients.
Cancellation policy
- 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot give 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. If you have credit on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, insurance claims, etc.), the full amount of your session will be removed from your account.
- No penalty if you wake up with cold or flu symptoms or have a fever and need to cancel the day of your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will waive the cancellation fee, however, you cannot reschedule your massage for at least 2 weeks after an illness.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount for that session. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc.), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account.
- Late arrivals may have their session shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.

Combined Discounts Policy
General rule
In general, packages, memberships, and gift specials are already discounted and cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers.
Exception
If other current promotional discounts or offers turn out to be a better deal, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Explanation
We offer a variety of discounts and promotions to our clients. However, we cannot combine these discounts and promotions with each other. This is because we want to be fair to all of our clients and offer the best possible deals.
Example
For example, if you purchase a package of 10 massages, you will receive a 10% discount. You cannot combine this discount with a 15% discount for new clients. However, if there is a current promotion for 20% off all massages, we will apply that promotion to your package of 10 massages.

Client responsibilities
- Inform the clinic of any current medical conditions or any changes in health before each session.
- Arrive to your massage therapy appointment clean and do not wear cologne or perfume.
- Communicate with the therapist immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort during the session so the treatment can be adjusted.
- Reschedule your appointment as soon as you begin feeling unwell.
Clinic policies
- Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and gift certificates.
- Please arrive early to your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Full payment for your scheduled session will still be expected.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touching. This is grounds for immediate termination of your session.
